We have managed to capture the unique refreshing sweetness, which makes our lightly spicy Peppero so unique, in a 'pearl'!

 

These edible pearls remind you of filled bubbles and are a pleasure to eat! The pearls are not only decorative on your plate or in your glass, but the texture and taste add an extra experience to your meal!

 

PEPPERO PEARLS can be used in hot or cold dishes and can therefore be used in a variety of ways.This means the pearls are, for example, an ideal addition not only to apetizers and entrees, but also to main courses and desserts, and can even be used to add sparkle to an aperitif. Or how about adding them to your hot chocolate, decorating your icecream or fruit salad, or using them to give your cocktails some extra "kick". The possibilities are endless!

The outside of the PEPPERO PEARLS is made from agar-agar (seaweed), making them suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 

A tin of PEPPERO PEARLS weighs approximately 100 grams and contains approximately 150 pearls. The pearls float in a small amount of PEPPERO. 

During preparation the pearls can be heated to a maximum of 180 C, and will melt at around 200 C.

 

Store the pearls after opening in a cool place in a non-metal container.
