- Chicory

- Cherry tomatoes

- Tablespoon of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of PEPPERO

- Grapes and apple

- York ham

- 2 just hard-boiled eggs

- Avocado


Wash the chicory and allow it to drain. In the meantime, boil the eggs until they are just hard. Cut the washed tomatoes and grapes in half. Peel half an apple and chop this in pieces. Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces. Chop the ham into pieces. Mix the PEPPERO with the olive oil.


Cut the drained chicory into strips and put these in a bowl. Add all the ingredients (except for the eggs) and spoon in the dressing. Cut the eggs into parts and arrange them on top of the salad.
