The drink is named 'PEPPERO' and the label is designed.
We are going to Herman Jansen Beverages Nederland B.V. Super exciting! We have to say that as soon as testing started, we were on the edge of our seats.
The result: "Really good, that is really good ……. Super!!"
The choice is made. We want to continue with mix 2 and 3. Which one gets priority?

The fourth mix is made. Experiments are being done with an extra ingredient.
The results of the first and second mix are also judged by strangers, people from out the branch. What is looked at are: presentation, color, clarity, homogeneity, aroma, taste, balance, and aftertaste.
The third mix is made. Adjustments are made to the proportions.
The second mix is made. The ingredients are slightly adjusted.
The first mix is bottled.
The process that takes place in the bottle takes 6 weeks.
