SPICY SALAD WITH SHRIMPs

Ingredients:

- Mixed salad

- Tablespoon of olive oil

- 20 ml PEPPERO

- Shrimps in garlic oil, drained briefly

- 2 just hard-boiled eggs

- Avocado

 

Drain the shrimps. Boil the eggs until they are just hard-boiled. Peel and cut the avocado into strips. Mix the PEPPERO with the olive oil.

 

Place the lettuce in a bowl, add the drained shrimps and avocado and mix in the dressing using a large spoon. The cooled, but not cold, eggs are used as a topping.
