- Mixed salad
- Tablespoon of olive oil
- 20 ml PEPPERO
- Shrimps in garlic oil, drained briefly
- 2 just hard boiled eggs
Drain the shrimps. Boil the eggs until they are just hard boiled. Peel and cut the avocado into strips. Mix the PEPPERO with the olive oil.
Place the lettuce in a bowl, add the drained shrimps and avocado and mix in the dressing using a large spoon. The cooled, but not cold, eggs are used as a topping.
